The process for finding the ideal candidate takes about 7 days and from the moment of confirmation of the selection of workers, it takes about 30 days to obtain all positive permits of the Republic of Serbia. The agency completes all permits, papers, and we organize and supervise the arrival of workers to the workplace.

Labor leasing works as follows. The foreigner is employed by the Temporary Employment Agency Soko Trust doo and the agency is responsible for all taxes, contributions, insurance, sick leave and settlements. The labor beneficiary company bears the costs of transportation, accommodation and working hours of the employed person, and can be contracted differently.

Each worker who has been qualified by our professional team (holds authorized work licenses) after verification is submitted to the customer to the company for confirmation and consent to the selection. Upon receipt of the written confirmation of the beneficiary company, the Agency proceeds to the further process for obtaining work permits in the Republic of Serbia.

In the event that an employee leaves the workplace arbitrarily, the agency guarantees and provides a new employee.
